• Vendor/Seller: Refers to any individual or business registered on Jeevith Computer to sell products.

• Customer/Buyer/User: Refers to any individual or entity using the platform to browse or purchase products.

• We/Us/Our: Refers to Jeevith Computer, its management, and service operators.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age under Indian law to enter into a binding contract.

• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading details.

3. Use of the Platform

• The platform may be used only for lawful purposes in compliance with Indian laws.

• Users agree not to misuse the platform by engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive activities.

• Unauthorized access, hacking, or data extraction from the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are solely responsible for listing accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability.

• Vendors must ensure that all products sold comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

• Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment, warranty, and after-sales support as applicable.

• Any violation (e.g., counterfeit goods, misleading information, non-delivery) may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide valid contact details, billing information, and delivery addresses.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase.

• Unauthorized use of another person’s account or payment method is prohibited.

• Customers agree to comply with our Return Policy, Support Policy, and Privacy Policy.

6. Orders & Payments

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

• Jeevith Computer uses secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by banks, payment providers, or user error.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Vendors are responsible for dispatching orders within the agreed timelines.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to logistics factors.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered.

• Delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence of the recipient are not the responsibility of Jeevith Computer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

• Refunds will be processed only after vendor approval and product verification.

• Certain products (e.g., software, digital downloads, customized PCs) may not be eligible for return.

• Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, graphics, product images, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Jeevith Computer or respective vendors.

• Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute platform content without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Jeevith Computer acts only as a facilitator between vendors and customers.

• We are not liable for vendor product defects, misrepresentation, or service issues.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeevith Computer shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or revenue.

  • Delays, disruptions, or technical issues with the platform.

  • Disputes between vendors and customers.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, Jeevith Computer will act as a mediator between vendors and customers to reach a fair resolution.

• Any unresolved disputes shall be governed under Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, India].

12. Privacy

• User data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using the platform, you consent to such collection and usage.

13. Amendments
